About a thousand years ago I worked with a talented bunch called Denki.
We’d created a game for Xbox Live Arcade – a mishmash of Scrabble and Risk called “Quarrel”. It was fairly complete back in 2008, and there was plenty of publisher interest. Somehow, for reasons that Colin (Anderson, managing director, musician and nice-guy) alludes to in his latest blog post, it has taken until now for the XBLA version of the game to see the light of day.
Regardless, I’m delighted that it is finally out, and I’m feeling rather proud of my pals in Dundee. On the downside, I can no longer make funny about the likelihood of my latest project being shipped before Quarrel.
